Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept unworn and undamaged items for exchange or store credit within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your item(s). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

To make an exchange or obtain a store credit, simply e-mail us at media@iradjmoini.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We will authorize your exchange or credit, and give you shipping instructions. We will also address any shipping fees, if applicable. If store credit is requested, it will be issued once we receive the items.You should expect to receive your credit within two (2) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly.
